How to connect Planfix and WhatsApp?
Register with Planfix CRM at planfix.com. Follow the instructions.
Get an authorization token to connect Planfix with WhatsApp by Whatcrm.
Register with Whatcrm. Follow the link. Enter your email address, full domain (insert your domain without http), and authorization token. All data must match what you entered when registering with Planfix.
Confirm your email address by entering the verification code sent to your email address.
After successful verification, your personal account will open, where you need to create a connection to work with the Planfix Chat API.
All messages that will be written after the connection will appear in the tasks.

- Planfix integration with WhatsApp takes 5-10 minutes. Users connect and configure the Whatcrm service independently according to their pricing plan.
- Any message sent to a WhatsApp number will become a task in Planfix. The task creator will be a contact automatically created in the user’s account, with their phone number. You can connect other Planfix users to the task and discuss the client’s questions within the task itself.However, if you write a comment in this task and notify this contact about it, the user will receive this comment in their WhatsApp application, as if you had simply written it from the messenger.
