How to connect WhatsApp integration to an account in Kommo?
Instruction for installing and connecting WhatsApp widget in Kommo- Log in to your kommo.com account. Go to the Settings section and select Integrations. In the search field, enter the name of our integration «Whatcrm».
- Click on the button «Install».
- Save the phone number.
- Once the integration is installed, navigate to the application settings.
- Click on the «Create Connection» button.
- Scan the QR code using your phone in the WhatsApp application (linked devices).
- Once you’ve successfully scanned the QR code, you’ll see a window with connection settings. Choose the required parameters for your tasks and save the settings. The integration is now ready to use.
