How to connect WhatsApp integration to an account in Kommo?

Log in to your kommo.com account. Go to the Settings section and select Integrations. In the search field, enter the name of our integration «Whatcrm».

Click on the button «Install».

Save the phone number.

Once the integration is installed, navigate to the application settings.

Click on the «Create Connection» button.

Scan the QR code using your phone in the WhatsApp application (linked devices).

Once you’ve successfully scanned the QR code, you’ll see a window with connection settings. Choose the required parameters for your tasks and save the settings. The integration is now ready to use.
