There are limitations on the Kommo side — no more than 50 connections per widget. And each connection is paid for separately.

Additional settings of Kommo/telegram integration allow you to select the priority channel in communication. This settings item includes employees who have access to several Telegram channels. That is, for each manager you can select the channel from which messages will be sent by default, if the manager writes to the client first.
